Client Release Form

I have agreed to participate in a marketing opportunity for ADP, Inc. In exchange for the opportunity to participate, I irrevocably grant to ADP, Inc (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and vendors, collectively called “ADP”), the perpetual right to use, copy and publish my name and initials, the name and address of my company, the logo of my company, my title and related Materials (including any statements, copy, photographs, pictures, and videos).

I understand that ADP will provide me the opportunity to review and approve the Materials before they are published, it being acknowledged and agreed that my failure or delay to timely inspect and/or approve the Materials will not affect ADP’s right or ability to use the Materials for the purpose permitted herein. I also understand that ADP may need to modify or edit the Materials or put the Materials into another format but will maintain the general sense of the Materials.

The statements and information I am providing to ADP in the Materials reflect my opinion of and experience with ADP and its products and services. I am making these statements without any prior payment or promise of payment and without any expectation by me of any payment or benefit in return.
